Vermont Will Charge The Highest Corporate Tax Rate in the U.S. If Bill Passes




The passage of H.880, "an act relating to increasing access to justice and to corporate taxes and fees," will have a significant impact on Vermont's corporate tax rates.


Under these bills, the top marginal corporate tax rate would increase from 8.5% (already the 10th highest in the U.S.) to 10% for the calendar year 2025.
