It would be interesting to see how long recipients have been on these vouchers. As with all social benefits, they should be limited in duration, such that there is motivation for the recipient to develop a long-range plan after the benefits run out.

It would also be interesting to see if any non-US citizens are receiving these benefits, in which case Vermonters need to ask just how much more blood are they willing to give before they pass out?

You cannot be approved for a voucher anywhere in the United States if you cannot prove citizenship. That is a federal requirement. And the reason for no end dates for this kind of assistance is because many on it have conditions and disabilities that make working impossible.

Lot of questions here but the first really needs to be is this failure of Vermont's government due to corruption or just the usual ineptness common in all states dominated by liberal democrats?
